Delete your account and data

Option 1 — delete it in the app

01Open Roamer and go to Settings.

02Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.

03Confirm. Your account and the personal content associated with it are removed.

Option 2 — ask us by email

If you can no longer sign in, or would simply rather we did it, email us from the address on your account and we will delete your account and its data for you. Please include the email address you signed up with so we can identify the account.

We aim to action deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

Removed

Your profile — name, email, profile photo and phone number

Your notes, expenses, chat messages and photos

Trips you created, and your membership of trips you joined

Your push-notification tokens and app preferences

Please note

Content you shared into a trip with other people may remain visible to them where it forms part of that shared trip's history.

Limited copies may persist in encrypted backups for a short period, and we may retain records where the law requires it.

Deletion is permanent — an account cannot be restored once removed.
